You buy from UK sellers at a delivered UK price. If they try to charge you more than £10.00 for delivery of any parcel we can collect from them for a maximum of £10, irrespective of weight or size.
You send me an email with a description of the goods and approximate value (For customs purposes)
The seller sends to me with a label addressed to
Your Name,
c/o Trevor Parnham,
4b, High Street,
Wrington,
Bristol,
BS40 5QA.
They affix their return address. So that, if for any reason a parcel cannot be delivered, the parcel will be delivered back to them
This will ensure that your parcels will be dispatched promptly.
It is essential that your name appears, otherwise it takes time to establish who it is for and can delay its dispatch.
We can then either just forward the parcel as it is and the charge is purely for shipping, or we can act as a quality control process for you and inspect the goods before repacking. This can save you a lot of money and trouble if the goods are not up to standard and have to be returned. We send you photos of any problem items so you can take it up with the seller.
Also, our standard of packing is generally higher than most and we only use brand new, double walled, pallet strength boxes for export.
My regular Customers say that this quality control function is more value to them than what they save in shipping charges.
I can also hold items and re-pack into larger parcels to make it more economical. I can re-pack into approximately 8-15 kilos parcels, for which there is a charge of £15 , which includes the cost of boxes. All boxes are brand new double walled pallet strength boxes.
We advise you when items arrive here and also when we dispatch a parcel and which items it contains, so you can check against your purchases.
We weigh the parcel and send you an invoice via Paypal.
As soon as the invoice is paid I schedule your parcel for delivery.
Delivery is by courier and to most major destinations, normally takes between 3 and 5 working days, although this can be extended if the delivery address is not one of the main areas, or if Customs hold things up.
