If you don't have any customs labels, please write a brief description and approx value on the address label to me and we will complete the Customs label.
Affix your return address. So that, if for any reason a parcel cannot be delivered, the parcel will be delivered back to you.
This will ensure that your parcels will be dispatched promptly.
It is essential that your name appears, otherwise it takes time to establish who it is for and can delay its dispatch.
If you are sending multiple parcels to me in one outer, then the individual parcels need to be addressed with just the recipient details, brief description and approximate value (for customs).
I check weigh it and send you an invoice via Paypal.
As soon as the invoice is paid I schedule your parcel for delivery.
We use a system called least cost routing which means that parcels over 2kgs may go via one of the European mail houses. This means the parcel could take a day or two longer than normal airmail. However, most parcels will reach major destinations within 5 to 10 working days
This is a postal service, so parcels are not trackable.
Parcels are delivered to the final destination by the postal service of the destination country.
